Now basically, everyone has a concept of how to lose weight, don’t we?
Why do we find it so difficult? Each and every diet on the industry, no matter how great it is won’t work without one significant ingredient, Perseverance!
Sadly that isn’t something we could get from the shop, that I’m afraid to say, is one thing that we have to give ourselves, and without it, every single diet that you try will certainly fail.
There are several good diet plans around,as mentioned in Fit Yummy Mummy Review, and one diet plan that suits one person will not totally fit another. Therefore you could find that you and your closest friend are going to start a diet together, your friend might be going great guns and burning off pound after pound, but you, aren’t. It’s discouraging; but it’s a truth of life that we are all made up diversely.
For me personally I don’t advise diets as such. When you restrict your calories, your system would assume that there’s a food shortage, and it’ll go into starvation mode. Once in hunger mode, it will slow down your metabolism to conserve calorie consumption.
The thing is our bodies happen to be set from way back that if there is no abundance of food, we had to look for our food so our food items were not consistent. The metabolic process adjusts the usage of our calories making sure that in times of food scarcity; we would not waste away and go without food.
Now in this point in time, there is always food to hand; but our bodies are not aware of this. When you skip a meal the body will go on hunger alert and slow that metabolic process all the way down, which means the next time you eat, your body is likely to hang right on to those calories and store as much of them as it could as fat.
So, what’s the solution? There’s been tons of investigation and in my opinion the way ahead is this: To maintain your metabolism ticking over at a consistent rate,as mentioned in Fit Yummy Mummy Review, you need to eat regular meals, typical small meals each and every 2.5 – three hours, try to include protein in these foods (meat, if possible lean meat i.e. chicken, turkey, tuna) because protein doesn’t shoot your blood sugar right up and plummet it down again as sweet foods would. Keep your daily calories to a guideline level, (have a look at your recommended consumption online somewhere).
Our next part is something that you are not particularly going to desire, however, it’s the only method forward, you need to Exercise!!
You’ll need cardio exercise 3-4 times per week for approx 40 mins at a time, and very important, you must do weight lifting, as the more muscle tissue you have, the more fat you burn. Ladies don’t panic, that does not mean that you must look like Arnie, but you need muscle tone, and the more you have, the more fats you will burn, even when you are sleeping!
Best Of Luck!
